An ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Brown University-trained executive coach, Wende empowers high-potential leaders to navigate challenging conversations, overcome imposter syndrome, and enhance communication, influence, executive presence, and emotional intelligence. Her coaching is informed by 30+ years across industries including finance, law, healthcare, and technology, as well as her own career progression. Wende's credentials include Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation and Leadership, Integrative Enneagram Solutions training, Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence certification, and NLP Master Practitioner certification.
